Letting the world know that a name is for sale increases your chance of getting an offer. Posting on domainers forums or auction/classifieds sites could get you quick deal, but mostly to a reseller. Endusers tend to pay more but it does not happen a lot that you have a bidder knocking at your door and at the same time you know that bidder is an enduser.

If you want an enduser price be very patient or try to identify your endusers and actively offer them your domain. For big-bucks-domains hiring a specialised broker to sell your name to an enduser can be an option. I f you want to sell fast you can start by putting the domainname in your forum sig
