Whats the best site to get bulk domains names from that accept paypal?

Most registrars offer bulk registration, so it basically just comes down to what registrar you like the best. My personal favorite is Moniker. (If you contact them and say you're from NamePros, they set your pricing to $7.95 per domain.)
