Questions re .org.uk tld

Could anyone tell me if there is any restrictions for non-uk citizens to reg and own a .org.uk domain? Any values with this tld?

As far as I know, .co.uk domains have no restrictions, but there are restrictions on .org.uk and .ltd.uk
