Mobi domain registration with Pool.com

I ordered a few .MOBI domain names through Pool.com. The order was
made for the landrush and on October 1st I received an email from
Pool.com saying that I got 5 domain names and that my credit card was
charged. Also their email was saying that I would get in the
possession of the domains in about 24-48 hours but it has been more
than 5 days. I sent them a few emails but they never respond to my
questions. In the Whois information I can see only Pool information and not mine.

Did any of you get .mobi domains with Pool and if yes are you able to manage them yet?

Thank you!

I didn't get any information from the registrars either. My tickets to Pool remained unreplied. So I called them. A friendly person said that they had some trouble with payments and had to go through them all manually. Once this is done, so he promised, we'd receive our login information. He couldn't tell me when this would be. I know, sucks big time!

It sure does suck really bad. I just hope billing was their only problem. I would not be happy if they lost some other info and one day they will say that they registered the names for someone else

Anyway, I heard one could see lots of errors displayed on their web sites during auctions...I wonder if we can trust them, if we ever did...not to mention their hidden dark side...

Well, I was in an auction for a high-profile .mobi domain... and it seems only 3 or 4 other people were in as well, with a relative low starting bid. When I wanted to make my bit around closing time, their site became totally inaccessible. I suppose that had to do with all the other .mobi auctions that were closing around the same time. Again, sucked big time!

I am not even complaining... if I received the domains I already paid for....

That proves again that the guys from Pool like to make lots of money but don't give a dime about their customers. Maybe they think the're the best in business...and maybe they are but their attitude to the customers is going to hurt them in the long run.
