![]() ![]() ![]() | you could always try building a site first at one of the free hosts. If you have the need for a regular domain name (something that means something to you) then buy a domain. Go Daddy is a good place to start. You can use paypal there too. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | MAKE a domain? You're a llittle vague on this... you can register them, yes. I think there is a service somewhere that'll allow you to use 'fake' extensions, so as you could type in www.site.cool and it'd forward to www.site.com. Making a real extension well... don't waste your time trying |

![]() | You cannot make your own domain. Domain names have to be bought. What you can make is the webpages for the domain. I would suggest that you create your website pages and test them on your computer. After you have gotten rid of all the bugs, you can then go out and buy a domain name. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-newbies/244114-how-can-i-make-my-own.html Firstly, you need to think of a domain name that you want (if you are targeting a particular niche market, think of a name that has something to do with that niche. For example if your niche is about 'heavy dogs'', a name like 'heavydogs.com' could work). Then do a domain name search. If it is available, go ahead and buy it from an accredited domain name registrar. Then upload your web pages to your hosting company's server. To perform a search and register a domain name -> Webmasters.com |
