Updating lists in a website?

Hey Everyone,

I currently have a site up with a list of my portfolio. As this list changes between new purchases and sales, The list changes constantly. Is there an "easy or simple" way to insert a spreadsheet or database that will update within the site automatically when the list changes? As I am internet challenged, unemployed, on permanent disablility and low on funds, I obviously can't afford an expensive solution so any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your responses!

Chris

Thanks Jay,

That's not quite what i'm looking for. I have a very good excel of my portfolio. What I need to know is if I can link the information to a table within my websites portfolio page so it will always be updated live. I am sure it can be done, just not sure how. I am website challenged so the easier the better.
