Help! Buying and Selling Domain Names

I got in contact with a gentleman who has the domain I would like and he is willing to sell it to me. I am just wondering how we go about this process securely.

Once you both agree to a price, you can use an escrow service like escrow.com. This protects both parties and ensures you get the name and the seller gets his money.

Edwin is 100% right you definitely want some buyer protection. With the money placed in escrow you are safe because if he don't deliver then he dont get paid. Good Luck and share the name if you wish
