witch registrars do have a special offer for the first registration.

i like namecheap.

but others are welcome to.

i like to reg a cc domain.

i have all other domains regged in the netherlands.

but i like to reg one cc

Not really sure but I can tell you there are several threads on NP if you search that will give to coupon codes to enter for a discount. I have used them repeatedly.
