keyword resolution (.com)

Good Evening,

I'm new to domain investing and was wondering if anyone could tell me why some kewords do not resolve to their .com name. Let's take "individualloan" for example. If I type (using firefox) "individualloan" into the browser it goes to the following URL: "http://www.namepros.com/domains-for-sale-auctions/214858-individualloan-com.html"

instead of going to "individualloan.com"

It would seem that this would diminish type-in traffic to this domain because you would have to type in the entire domain with extension eg: "individualloan.com" in order to go there.

If you have a domain like this (that has the keyword pointing somewhere else) how do you get it to point back to your ("individualloan.com") site.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-newbies/226446-keyword-resolution-com.html

Thanks
DG

That should be because the keyword you typed in the URL bar is the first result for that keyword in google.com
This is because Firefox uses google as its default search engine.

Hopes that helps.
