Listing = I assume you mean listing a name for sale? Parking = redirecting(or forwarding) your domain name to an aggregator who places ads on a web page for you. | In addition to what Phronesis has posted, domain parking can also mean having other domain names pointing to existing web site. (for eg. pointing your .com site to your .net site)
