General vs. Specific domains

Hi, I'm a total noob to this.

I found a web domain availability that I believe can be REAL hot. It's a specific name and it involves a trademarked company.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-newbies/217013-general-vs-specific-domains.html

Here are my questions.

1. I plan to run a website using this trademarked companies property as a "fansite" if you will. I can do this, right? If I put disclaimers in the website about the true ownership of the IP that is involved with the website, there shouldn't be any problem, no?

2. If the time comes that I decided to sell the domain and quit the site, is there any problem selling a domain with that IP provided that I made sufficient disclaimers indicating the seperation of me and the company?

3. I hear a lot of people talking about making money on domain names that are general, and that it's better for the words to be general. If there's a great interest in the product or service, is there not an amazing potential for earnign there, or do website domain buyers tend to just forget about expensive domains that contain the name of the IP they want to represent?

Thanks for your help, this sounds like an good place to get advice.

Not that I am an expert at Trademarks, but I think you'll still be in violation of the trademark, irrelevant whether you have a disclaimer on your website claiming otherwise. Unless you create this website without any intention of making money, then you might not have a problem, but once you start making money on this new website, you are infringing the trademark.
