you can park it for free at somewhere like SEDO.us or afternic until someone buys it or you're ready to develop.Once you develop it you will need a host.

Can you park your domain free at these places if you have no intention on selling through them?

Sure just don't put a price and turn down the offers if you get any. You will also earn money off the traffic.

You can use www.submithits.com affiliates to redirect your domain names ex. www.paidincome.com www.boobs.cn www.netstumble.com
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-newbies/21566-how-come.html

Your affiliate can earn depending on your domain markets.

Domain names provide an avenue for you to tell the world about yourself or your products or services. Whether you create a website of your baby daughter so that friends on the other side of the world can see what an angel she is or whether you intend to sell your art pieces online, you literally have a global audience & market. The potential & possibilities are endless.

Of course, there's that little thing about making money from buying and selling domain names.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=21566

If you do decide to create something out of your domain, yes, you will need to find a webhost. If not, you can simply park it somewhere as suggested by the other posts above.

Well, some hosts support multiple domain names. That might be an alternative for you.
