what if we decide to sell of the name at a later time.....will we have total control? I think No is the answer. Since i've heard some stories from someone registering .de dn 4m godaddy using their proxy admin service, but not allowed to push or transfer the domain. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=215032 DID ANYONE SOLD THEIR .DE NAME REGISTERED AT GODADDY? If the Domain Holder is not domiciled in Germany, he/she shall be required to appoint an Administrative Contact domiciled in Germany. This Administrative Contact shall also be the Domain Holder’s authorized representative for receiving the service of official or court documents for the purposes of §§ 174 ff. of the German Code of Civil Procedure. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=215032 No matter who you proxy reg through, in the end, DENIC could always take it away from you if your admin-contact is infact not in Germany. Or, as has been stated, the proxy could claim it themselves, and you'd have a hard time arguing the point if you are not in Germany, since you can't fight to have what you have no legal right to in the first place.
