I dont want to register both, but you can if you want, 6 days ago the .fr extension became available.
and i found those two still unregistered.
but they ask 50 euro for registration. for me its to much.

My choice is NN5. Character repetition will worth and easy to remember.

Why would you register a LLN.FR when there are still some LLL.FR available? They both have no value. For the price, EuroDNS is offering a 9 euros registration for .FR with the code FR50PR.
