Question How to get the money back in case failed registering a domain at godaddy?

If i register 5 domains at godaddy and it should cost $46. After I use the promotion code, it cost me 36. Only 3 domains registered successfully and the other two are failed. In this case, can i get my money back?

Also i have tried to transfer a domain from another registrar to godaddy and failed, can i get the $8.20 money back?

Thank for any input!

Are you paying with paypal? You can file a reclaim with Paypal to get your money back.

In the case of the failed transfer... I know that DirectNIC refunds the money immediately to your account in their DirectNIC Dollars (basically, credit on account). I think GoDaddy did the same thing for me when a transfer failed too but I thought they credited my credit card (can't recall exactly how they credited me).

For your question on not acquiring 2 of the 5 domains you ordered... I am guessing you were going through the TDNAM.com site and probably using the Expired Name auctions? If so, they will refund you within 6 business days if you don't get the domain you ordered.

Hope this helps,
Ron
