Lightbulb Domain transfer

Thanks for your replies. Site's revenue will definitely give a value on the domain.

Anyone ever transferred domains from MelbourneIT? I just transferred two domains from MelbourneIT to Netfirms. To confirm the transfer Netfirms ask me to type in Confirmation Key and AUTH INFO CODE. While from MelbourneIT I got a Registry Key. If I put the Registry Key into Confirmation Key and leave the AUTH INFO CODE blank then it said the verification failed. If I put the Registry Key into AUTH INFO CODE then it said that Password not entered. But if I put the Registry Key into both of them, it still said verification failed.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-newbies/209893-domain-transfer.html

My question, what is the Registry Key I got from MelbourneIT in this case? Is it auth code or confirmation key? I got an impression from reading their faq that registry key is the same as auth info. But then what is Confirmation Key required by Netfirms?

I have contacted MelbourneIT and am waiting for their response. Anyone has experience with MelbourneIT? Thanks.

I've used NetFirms and I would suggest just calling and asking them. They have a phone # on there site.

I have not heard of the other registrar and I cant answer the question, sorry.

Thanks for your reply GreenGambler. I did contact Netfirms and they said that I need to obtain the confirmation key and auth code from my current registrar.
