Does Moniker take PayPal?

Is it good to buy domains at Moniker.com? I am looking to buy a domain but I don't have PayPal. However I can use my friend's PayPal, so how can I buy with them by using PayPal ?

I had asked a question about this to them but still havent recieved reply.
