First sale! How to transfer from ipowerweb?

Well it looks like my domain AdultVoyage.com is going to sell. It's at ebay with 2 days left. The bidding is at $10.50. How do I transfer from ipowerweb to his registrar?

Some registrars, like IBX didn't let me, I'm not sure if you can. The buyer may have to make an account at ipowerweb.

I emailed tech support they said no charge to transfer away from them, I assume that means I can. Thanks lpxxfaintxx, anybody know the proper steps to initiate transfer?
