sedo - different parking pages

How do you get a parking page at sedo like www.borderpatrol.com ?

I own www.antivirus.org.uk and my page looks rubbish compared to that?

you need a sedopro account. Only avaiable for big portfolios or great quality names (over 200$ month, I think.

Those are done through sedo pro parking as stated. The requirement is as follows:
