Is it a bad idea to hide my contact info with whois guard if I'm trying to sell a domain? I'm worried about getting alot of spam and was wondering what everyone else does.

I wouldn't unless it is a really popular name.

just use free web-based email for the contact so you can delete faster try gmail.com very easy to delete trash mails
