Over the phone... get them to make an offer, keep saying 'looking for offers, dont have a set price..' until you get an offer from them. Then say I was looking for 5 to 10 times that, and go from there. Don't be afraid to get them hanging up with no deal, they'll come back by email or call later. |

If everything is legit, ask them what they are willing to offer and go from there, but I would probably set the price 3 times their offer and negotiate from there. Once things seem like they are falling into place, you may want to use an escrow service to finalise the deal. Congratulations |
