Initial bid price for my domain name on Sedo

I had an initial bid for my domain name at Sedo. As recommended by Sedo in the email that had the bid, I offered a higher price for the domain and got no response from the buyer for a couple days. My question is, does my higher offer immediately cancel the initial bid that I received from the buyer?

What if I wanted to accept the initial offer, is that person still obligated to pay it? I didn’t see a way to accept the initial offer after I submitted my higher counter offer, only that I could submit a new offer. How do I accept the initial offer by the buyer?

Thanks,

Randy

general rule of law, once you counteroffer, you are explicitly rejecting the first offer and it is not valid anymore.
