You can ask for auth code by contacting the Registerfly support. ALso check before transferring that domain is not in Registrar locked status.

I contacted them on live chat. I'm glad your moving from, not to, registerfly is only good when you leave them.

To get the authorization code will you just have to follow these steps:

Log into RegisterFly, go to "Manage Domains" and choose the domain, click on "Edit contact whois info" and you will find the auth code at the bottom of the page.

To get the auth code will you need to disable ProtectFly. You will of cause also need to unlock the domain before you start a transfer.

It's a common knowledge that after the domain sale it's much better to 'push' domain, not transfer it. So, let your buyer to create a free RegFly account and just push it to him/her. THEN it's their headache to find any authcodes.

What FanCube wrote is right way for you to obtain the code, though.

Good luck!

The buyer is trader from Germany. He doesn't speak English and his all domains are registered in domaindiscount24. That's why he wanted to transfer domain

yes a problem....one option is to transfer the name to yourself in a domaindiscount24 account and then push it to the buyer...additional cost 9.6 euros.
