Hello All,
Is there a time limitation on how long you must own a name before you can resell it?

Not that I am aware of.

The second my whois info changes over, it's up on the auction block.

Hi,

Not as such, but you will find that most ( if not all registrars ) will not allow you to move a domain away from them within 60 days of registration. Having said that you are still able to move the domain to another account with the same registrar.

If I am selling a domain that comes under this rule I usually mention it to the buyer so they know the situation, all they need to do is set up an account with the same registrar ad then I can 'push' the domain to them.

I have been moving domains from purohits.com to other accounts the day after i registered them, their register system is not very good, but i like the fact that they allow moving it directly.
