![]() ![]() ![]() | Not really sure which way to go - park or website I've accumulated just over 60 domains in the last couple of months. Of those I've parked 12. 7 with Sedo, 3 with GoldKey, and 2 with DomainHop. I quess they are "loser" domains.....in the last month my total revue for the parked domains is about .70 cents....lol Thats pretty bad. Anyway at the moment I still have 50+ domains to park or develop a website for. I really am not good at html or design (although I'm going to start a html course). So park them? or patiently wait and try to develop them. Do you almost always "park" a domain even if you are going to develop it? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | usually i develop domains and not sell it so under me i still own domains since 1999 and it's still with me. basically the faster you can dispose them the better or search on the google for that particular category of your domain and look for a forum and sell it there or a classified ad site. or if you can "hire" admin to administer it for you and split profits. that is also good but hire someone you can trust and you can meet personally. |

![]() ![]() | Out of those 50+ names you have, pick up a few good potential names, develop and market them. That's the best thing you can do.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | If your names don't generate any revenue parking, then start developing. But If you're going to make any money developing, you need to put serious work into unique content and SEO. 50 names is whole lot to develop IMO. I'd start listing some of them for sale if you're not generating revenue parking and focus on the better names. You might even consider developing your parked names since they seem to get even a little type-in traffic. Unless the .70 is really worth it to you to keep them parked. |

![]() | Develop your domains. Limited knowledge of html should not stop you. There are plenty of open source content management scripts around that you can install (e.g. Mambo, Drupal) and develop a nice website without html knowledge. You can also develop blogs. Install wordpress, write several blog posts related to your domain and you have a website with some content. Add content whenever you have time. When you start getting traffic (it will take several months), put google adsense and start to profit. I am sure you will make more than with parking. Plus, once the domain has links in the search engines, its value will go up significantly.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | In my opinion, I would park all of them until I am ready to develop. At least if you have them parked, there's a better chance of a sale or revenue. Once you've figured out the type of site you want to develop for a specific domain, then unpark and develop.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You would be as well to park them all - when you are able to design a website just pick the ones you feel you can develop. At least people will know that they are for sale if they are parked and they may earn you a little in the meantime. If you optimise your keywords you may make a little bit more on the parked ones. |

![]() ![]() | Weel, you have to filter the ones that have some potential of good websites, for the rest parking would be the best option, you have to maximze your profits, so where website would be beneficial go for that,
