I am required to have a google ad...

Hey,
My site (http://firestorm.draget.net) is required to have a google ad, can be small. The only problem is, I don't know the code or where a good sport for it would be. Can anyone give a link with the code for an ad or suggest a good spot? Thanks.

Make it the same background color as the current site background and place it in the center under the site.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I don't have an adsense account and am not 18. I got this subdomain from a friend. Would he have the adsense account and be able to make one for me? Thanks!

illegal? I wasn't going to register myself anyways. I was going to get my friend, the owner of draget.net to make the ad for me. Would that be considered a primary account and does adsense ever cost me anything(parents want to know). Thanks.

it would be illegal if you were the one reciving the money... or if your friend is underage and is reciving the money.

It probely wouldnt mater if your parents were giving you the money though becaues they are legaly in control of it if they do make the account.

You don't have to pay money, but you aren't going to earn the money, your friend will.

Your friend can make an account for himself and there is an option of adding sites .. so if he adds your site and give you the income your site is making i dont that would be illegal.

The cheques from Google come in the name of the person who registers. U can share the money with ur friend if he agrees..

Google adsense will never cost the member money. You will need to make $100 before they will send you a check though.

Why is a google ad "Required"? If someone is requiring it they probably mean they want their google adsense code on your page so they can make money from your content. You better check with your host to see what they mean. They will probably install it for you if it's truely required.

if your friend does share his account with you, ask him to use "channel" so that he knows which part of the income comes from your site.
