AWBS and enom API setup

Hi,
I am confused with the enom API setup for AWBS (dram) system. THeir support seems forever to get back.
If anyone has experiences on this, please help me out.

Did you manage to get setup ok? What is your experience with awbs? I emailed their presales a question, they answered the next day. I asked another question a week ago and they've yet to reply.

Yes I set it up.
Their support is slow, at least 12-24 hours to get a reply and the product needs time to get along with.
Anyway, since it works fine, I have nothing to complain about. Acturally I have converted my leased license to owned one. I didn't see the trial download so I started with the leased one, but they deducted one-month charge from my final purchase price.
