Best Way For Apprasials

I am somewhat new to the domain name game! I have some parked with Sedo and am receiving a few hits per day and click throughs.
I was wondering what is the best way/accurate and accepted as a standard in industry and not too expensive method of having domain names appraised?
I would have about 25 that I would like to have appraised.

Unfortunately there is no industry standard. An appraiser simply tells you what he thinks the domain is worth. Also there is no such thing as an accurate appraisal. Two different appraisals can differ by hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Your best bet would be to try domain forums like this one. Or even free appraisal sites if you want a ballpark figure. But don't get too caught up with the appraised value. Of greater significance is the traffic your domain gets, revenue (if any) that your domain earns, commercial potential and a few other simple domain guidelines like length of the name, etc.

If you're willing to pay for an appraisal, there are hundreds of sites that would gladly take your money just to tell you their opinion of its worth.

most of the appraisers take money and give u computer generated aprraisals, very few do it manually and those who do charge alot.

After lots of reading and following the sales/ domain biz for a few months (not long I know) but.... I KNOW the worth of my names. I think when you dont need to ask anymore ..... thats the time you can buy and sell

I agree because people give appraisal because that is there job but here at namepros we get some nice appraisals

Apprasials

first value is for commercial use like loan, lending, boat, car, baseball, steal, etc...

second value it term like boat is worth more than fastmotorboat, or motorboat.

third uses term uses like in google or yahoo in these "---"

fourth overture type in the search "keywords"

a keyword is a term used to get to a website with the same content.

so if i have loan.com and i want to find a loan i just type in loan.com. loan.com is the

perfect keyword. But if i want credit cards i don't type in loan.com i might type in

creditcards.com so the valu of a word comes from the amount of type in traffic.

It is pretty easy to see like this

the trick comes in other tld's and there are so many that are worthless.

.com is king

.de, .us,.co.uk,.ca,.cn, soon .eu

.net

.org

.info

.biz, .ws, .cc

brandability is also something to look at and traffic and ppc income.

traffic is a way to get internet user's to your site with the use of paid services

these domain names are used to get income from ppc pay per click sites

like fabulous.com, sedo.com, goldkey.com.

the value there in in income generation per month.

like i domain that makes 10 dollars a month is worth 36 month's income three hundred

and sixty dollars. unless it's a pure type in then it's worth 10 year's income or three

thousand six hundred and sixty five dollars.. The pure type in is bet.com or hair.com

but these names are worth far more then 3600 dollars so ppc is good for income

so you can hold your domain name for devolpment or an enduser. They will pay for a

quailty name. or increase you income from the website. I feel the value of a name

is finding the right buyer for the name. Would you name your business the same as

the domain name your trying to sell ask that every time you buy one.
