Assign an Account Exec

What is this "Assign an Account Exec" in GoDaddy.

Is it safe? They tell it is free. I thought would have some opinions from others before trying it out.

I've always had great experiences with their customeer service, so I'd expect the same from an account exec, though I don't have the account exec.

I have not signed up for it I just keep all my important stuff on a backed up CD with friend.

This feature is mostly for larger companies where there are assigned "domain managers", as well as for small businesses who hire an outside webmaster to maintain their site and domains.

They will manage all our domains when we need assistant to manage more than 1000.
