My first domain! Wish Me luck!

well today i registered my first domain, hoping to develop it soon.

byoc.info - Build Your Own Computer

i have a lot of a knowledge with building computers, mostly good knowledge of parts and how they work and what is the best so i decided to buy and develop this domain. the site i will be developing will have tutorials with pictures, benchmarks, premade setups with pricing details along with computer profile(gaming, home, media, etc.) and much more that i havent thought of yet :-P

Great domain.

The .info TLD is perfect too.

To get the straight without TLD traffic you should grab the .com version which I saw was parked. Most parked domains can be aquired for a reasonable price. Mayeb you already tried if not

Find whois and contact them with a obscure email address and dont let them know why you are interested in their domain.

Apoc, good name to start out with. When going into developing it is always best to make a content site on something you know. First, the information will come easier to you and Second, you will find it more enjoyable because it is something you know about. You should have no problem being successful with that site. the site is up now. feel free to give suggestions as it is kind of in its Beta version. content is scarce but there is some.. once it has a lot of content i am thinking oh advertising a lot and hoping for the best..

i believe that ihave fixed the problem.. is it when the content goes wider than the header? well if that is what you are talking about, i fixed it. thanks for the heads up.

any idea why the adsense advertises for CMS related stuff? it seems to be getting better but if would like it if all ads were computer parts related. any way i could do this? i noticed in the byoc guides if you go to the articles the ads are perfect, almost exact matches with product descriptions that i note in the articles. i am liking that

. that should lead to a good ctr

feedback still wanted as well as suggestions. i guess theyre one in the same though :-\
