Weirdly named expired domains with PR 3

On impulse I just registered and parked (with trafficz) some names I found with a residual PR of 3. I was wondering was it worth registering these?

Names

annes-florist.co.nz
herbalsonline.co.nz
perfectdayweddings.co.nz
ringleader.net.nz
taipaoptiregatta2005.co.nz

i my view herbalsonline.co.nz and perfectdayweddings.co.nz
might have some value ... but it wont matter much because the extension is in .co.nz ... it could have lot of effect if it had been a toplevel domain.

I suggest u to develope these domains since they have good keyword

I'm reasonably certain as both seochat.com and pagerank.net's pagerank checkers give PR 3.
