why does developing a domain make more cash come in?

because if it is developed than it has more traffic and the more traffic means more people know about it, better pr rank

yeah gets more traffic, and if you sell the site desing with it to, you usually can get more for it aswell

When your site is developed you can earn some cash from Google ads on your site and also you get more traffic from search engines and more PR.

the primary reason for domains to even exist is that you make a site out of them...so development isnt an option...
imagine what would happen if no one EVER developed any domains at all . there would be no websites in the world, and all domain names would have become worthless (including microsoft.com, google.com etc).
just giving you a different angle from which to look at the issue.....
