For most parking programs, you get paid per click.
DomainHop offers CPM ($4), but a lot of people seem to get banned.

You revenue per click is dependant on your domain's keyword(s).
Some keywords may pay $0.05 a click, and some may pay $10 a click.

The more traffic your domain receives, the more clicks you get, the more revenue.

That sucks big time...

But at least you can reap back the payment for the domain, hopefully.

It is best to develop a nice little website as your parking page. Ad some good content to it and information that is of interest. You can then add your Google adsense to the site since you have some quality content. The site does not have to be huge as I said. This will make you more money then by just parking it on a parking page where most of your clicks are going to earn you an average of around 10 cents per click if you are lucky.

Good luck

Kevin

You are best doing this and then selling it once you have developed it with a fair amount of traffic and revenue. It will make your selling price much higher and the domain even more desirable. This is because many buyers do not want to have to take the time to develop a sites traffic and revenue from the beginning stages and would rather work on something that is allready working and receiving traffic and revenue.

i am more and more starting to think that people, who say that they make living just on parking revenue - are advertisers for parking programms. Because i cannot understan how it can be true... I tryed different king and type of parkings. Maximum a month was $5. On my affiliate sites a am making much more, than on parkings.

Despite of all programs you domain would better have some links and SE, generating a few traffic.

He is not trying to make a ton of money, but looks like he is trying to maximize his return while waiting to develop a domain. There is nothing wrong with that considering that parking sites pay very little anyways.

Also you could set the ad code to not display competing ads, but this is the easiest way to accomplish your goal.

Good luck
