website development question

Hey There, im looking for some help, as I am new to this domain name stuff.

I have several domain names i own, and for one example, i'll use dup2.com. Now i here that this doman name isnt worth much, but itd be worth more if i developed it... NOw developing it do you mean turining it into a full fledge website or what exactly is ment by "developing" a domain name. I buy domain names sort of like stock...buy low, sell high, so please, what is ecatly ment by developing...
Thanks a bunch
sam

Development is when you develop or create a complete or partial website instead just having a domain Name
If you have to ask what is development , then maybe you need to
get someone to do it.
There are plenty of clever young guys& girls here and at other forums that will do it for you at a reasonable price.

first question which seriouse domain buyer asking is how much money your domain making for you. So to give a nice answer, site have to be developed= make you money. if you know how to do it, you knwo what is development. Sky is the limit, so how ever you will make yor domain pay you is development.

Development is able to be done to various levels

One-plain page will increase value
several plain pages will increase value more
The more development and greater the potential for increased traffic and income.

Age old question
Spend more time and get more money .
Spend less time and get less on this sale, but have more time to develop another.
Only you can answer that question
A general good rule is develop to a level, that you would like the site to have if you was buying it ,not selling it.
Remember the first RULE of domain / website value is
what the buyer is willing to pay, that is the final factor for the value.

BFtech put it very nicely.

I strongly believe in dev'ing sites - even if it is just 1-2 pages to better optimize the performance of a parked domain page... experiment, get some content, run a PPC system such as AdSense... it'll give you (and a potential buyer) a better feel for the potential of the domain itself.
