not to mention with anybodys credit card on the account, whoever has access can make charges/send money from the cc or bank account.

Brian, sounds like you should get an account at a new bank. Most banks will open a new account with $100, sometimes less. You'll have a routing number and account number to provide to paypal the minute you walk out of the bank.

My bank has 4 branches in all of florida and it is accepted. This is really a dead issue . Nobody in there right mind will do this . Even if your intentions are good.

Paypal doesn't care what bank it is.. if it's a checking account they will accept it.. so that's a downright lie.

$20 or NP just isnt worth the hell that would occur if something were to go wrong. Every us bank you can use paypal. There is no restriction. Paypal itself is a bank witch is FDIC insured
