Domain name is good, if...

I would consider this topic as a newbie resume. I have been reading and reading this forum, and dnjournal to understand something in domain costs. And here is what i can come up with, but still have some questions unanswered:
1. Based on dnjournal sales, one word domains are always on top of the line, if this one word is common and can be used in business. One word for .com are on the top, when .net, .org and even .info. Some one word .infos have been sold at low xxxx on Sedo, but most of people here still dont like infos. They may have some reasons for it, and i would appreciate, if somebody, who does not like it would share with us those reasons.
2. two word domains are good to buy, if they explain something, if people can easy understand what is site going to be about, and if they commonly used together. In this case does it still matter the lenght of domain?
3. 3 letter domains are good, if there is no numbers or hipens in it.
4. Domains may be good, if the overture results on words are high. (not clearly understand what to consider as a high results).
5. Domain is good, if it is having high natural traffic. (not clearly understand what number can be considered as a high traffic) For example, if i bought domain yesterday, and parked it, and in 24 hour i received 20 unique visitors, on one day old domain, is it high or low? Or how much traffic it have to have on first day to concider that it is good domain.
6 Domain is better (the price is higher), if it is developed. What is explanation of developed domain? Or how many unique visitors it have to have minimum to concider itself as a developed domain, and how old this domain have to be? How much difference in cost percentage between not developed and developed domains? say i bought today 2words domain and it worth for example $10.00 right now. How much traffic i have to have on it after one mounth to sell it at least at low xxx ?

7. What people appraise at namepros? Value of wholesale price of domain, or value, which end user should pay for this domain? The reason, why i am asking this is, because i can have a nice domain, and expect to sell it at some low XXX, but appraisals here for sure will say (which is usually they say almost about every domain), that it worth a little bit more than reg fee, and this is making my domain look bad in buyers eyes. So i would like to make it clear, am i right, that most of times domains here are appraised at much lower cost, then it really worth, becasue this place is for wholesale domainers. Or may be i am wrong?

Actually I found out people like .info given this extension very new compared to .com/net/org. I think one of the reasons some people don't like it is because it is new. If it is new, it needs time to prove value and you cannot sell it at a decent price as .com currently.

But generally people really like it rather than .biz.
Length always matters, personally I will not reg a domain longer than 10 char if it is not super premium keywords.
I think most of your rest questions is relatively speaking, there's no rules to define what is high traffic and what is low, and if you develop a domain, you can make it get more traffic. So basically, the domain that can get you more vistors to your site (or the end-buyer's site) is a good domain.
Yes, they are just wholesale prices. Don't bother with it. I will not resell domains before I searched and contacted all the possible end-buyers in the world and I will only resell those I don't like very much and only at beginning of the new domain year(renewal) and keep renewing those promising ones and keep finding end-users.
Hope it helps, good luck!

The reason people prefer .com to .info mostly is due to the fact that .com has been around so long it's embossed on people's brains. Remembering the domain itself is a damn nuissance without having to remember the extension too, just like a phone number for a big company. Also, I wouldn't reccomend registering any little known acronyms with no intention to develop them, they normally just look like nonsense.
