Hey now...I think he means how to register a .TV domain...They are availiable at most major registrars and re-sellers...the reg fee is higher, but good names can command a premium as it's becoming favored by media outlets

First of all, you cannot do that the domain is already registered. Second, to register a domain you have to find someone that sells them like MSN.com or GoDaddy.com.
