![]() ![]() | I've learned what it is now, for the .eu name and maybe for others I'm not sure, there is a sunrise period where registered trademark ownwers and companys can register domain names before the public.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I guess you are talking about .eu domain names Whether you can register names at sunrise depends on trademark or any rights you may possibly have over a name or brand everything is explained here: http://www.eurid.eu/euDomainNames/sunrisePeriod.html If I remember well there has been a similar sunrise period for .US too. Nowadays new TLDs do have similar provisions to prevent cybersquatting as witnessed in the past etc. |
