$xxxx .com in auction would you buy other extentions?

I have noticed on many occasions that some of the names in pool's auctions going for $xxxx and above still have alot of other extentions available ie. .net .us .info. They have no traffic so can only guess these are being bought to develop or just have. My question is would you buy other extentions available just because someone has spend lots of money buying the .com

it depends on the name..
If the name has some meaning or it is developable then yes..

Always double check the .com for link popularity.. in that case no.
If you want to try the trick, be sure of tracking the .com for a while.. if they develop it reg the .net and .org

i would buy other extensiosn only if it's .com(hha)
you know, when a net is registered and got many visitors i woul dget the .com but not the opposite

I would only buy the .com domain extension and then develop it.

id register depending on the name, but it can be profitable once they need the .net and otherz uve got ...

I’ll register other extensions if I like the name to develop a project. If the price of the auction were the only reason to register them I won’t do it.
