Why am I not selling my domains ?

I have over 700 domains and never sold a single one, including a few with 4 letters. How do you guys sell your domains ?

ebay works for me. but quite costly.

two reasons, names are not so good, or lack of promoting skills,
I found out it is better for you to develop some of the not-so-nice ones before sell them. you don't need to spend too much time on this, just 1-2 mon or so, and that will help you at least pay off.
buy a dedicated server, reg domains with potentials-->dev a site for each one in 1-3 mons-->sell it, usually make 100+$ on each name.

what duskdawn said, it could very well have to do with either promotion or the domain name itself.

Could be a wise move to develop a couple of your domains and increase their value that way. Put up a couple of domains for appraisal and we'll get an idea of what kind of domains you have in your portfolio.

Btw, 700 domains is A LOT - I'm sure you have some good ones mixed in there

How long have you had them? If only a month or two, then that's one good reason... it takes time for your names to be 'found' by eager buyers. If over a year, then perhaps the names aren't getting enough exposure or they're too mediocre. Have you listed them all at Sedo.com and Afternic.com? Have you parked them at a quality PPC generating site? Are they popular TLD's? (.COM, .NET, etc.). LOTS of questions to ask before we can answer yours. List you best 10 domains here and that will help us give you a more accurate answer as well.
