![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I can't give you specific dollar amounts as that will likey vary. However, I can say that you'll likely have much more success by developing sites with traffic. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=108260 Traffic is the key and that's what will get buyers to part with their cash. You don't have to be a developer anymore to put together a great looking site. There are plenty of turnkey solutions, scripts and instant websites available on the market today. You'll be competing against very large, very automated companies if you go that route. On the other hand, if you can develop themed websites that deal within a specific niche and are optimized for search listings, you'll have buyers lining up to purchase them. People want quality traffic and organic search results are quality traffic. |

It varies from site to site, developer to developer, seller to seller, and most importantly, buyer to buyer. I think traffic and proper exposure of your site is key and thus VERY important in getting higher values for your site .Hope that helps True_Snake

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | My suggestion would be to use one of the keyword lists as a reference to help you brainstorm. Use the list at http://www.googlization.com. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=108260 Find some of the higher paying terms that deal in areas that you're experienced in. You shouldn't design a site around a topic you don't know anything about. Double check those keywords in Overture to make sure they're higher paying terms. http://www.pixelfast.com/overture/ Finally, review all the possible terms you could design a site around and pick the ones that return the fewest google results for the search term. The fewer sites you have to compete against, the easier it will be for you to get your site listed higher in the results. NOTE: The terms you settle on should receive at least a few thousand searches a month according to the overture tool in step 2. There's no point in designing a site around a high paying keyword that very few people are searching for. |

Actually this is what I am doing. And well I would like to add wordtraker tool too.Allthough it is paid but there is a free trial also available which is quite good. And helps a lot deciding the keywords. And its KEI analysis also provides a quite ok ok result. http://www.wordtracker.com/trial/ste...5e586f67880afc | ||||
