Resellers account help in enom

Hi guyz,
I have a reseller account in enom. One of my domains has expired and i was trying to renew it. But it says , i have to refill my account by paying 100$. How do i renew it without refilling it ?.

I don't know for sure, but maybe you could create a sub account, and then push it to the sub account, and then renew it?

The domains are expired and its not possible to move

How come you don't contact enom about this?

Thanks for the replies., I contacted enom , and they adviced me on pushing the expired domains to my retail account and renew using my credit card.
