Selling a fantastic generic name which receives approximately 201,000 searches per month.

Currently set up as a mini site it is generating just under 30 visitors per day and the number is steadily increasing. Great for use as a domain for a full website or even parked page.

It used as a turn around of "Wedding Date" and is highly appraised.

468 million results in Google for Date Wedding
As mentioned above it receives approximately 201,000 searches per month.

I haven't actually been focusing on revenue due to my current workload, as a result the current website isn't correctly optimized. With that it has earned roughly a $1 so far.

If you're getting 30 visitors/day, that's nice and could well justify your price.

However, your search statistics are misleading. "Date wedding" (in quotes, exact phrase) gets about 233,000 searches in Google, not 486,000,000. Also, the 201,000 searches/month is for the Broad setting [in Google AdWords], which means it counts "wedding date" also. If you use the Exact setting, it gets only 110 searches/month.

I was referring it not in quotes when I said 486 million. I agree however, may have been off with the searches per month. As a result, I am reducing BIN to $100.
