Sorry, I haven't been here for a while; is $3000 unreasonable?

With 1000 unique views a day, if you put ads on it and only got 10% click-through with $0.10 per ad you would make $3650 a year.

I parked it for 3 days and made only $0.65, the click through rate was about 0.2%. I thought it would make a lot more, but I don't know how to optimize it.
