Bulk Sell 50 Domains Cheap - Many Full Sites w/ traffic

Hey there guys and gals... I'm basically looking to fire sale all of my domain names, many of these being functional web sites with some traffic. I prefer to sell these all together in one shot, making this a good deal for anyone looking to resale. Some of these domains have substantial values, and I am selling all assets of these domains with them. This includes fully functional travel web sites with booking(hotels, flights, car rentals, etc) with exclusive database content (restaurant reviews, etc) as well as licensed content. Domains are listed alphabetically with comments on those that have traffic/web sites.

AmazingHideaways.com - Travel site that has been functional for years. Contains both licensed content and hand-coded databases. Check the site out it has a lot of decent content, especially in the custom databases for businesses in California, Boston, Las Vegas. This site had good traffic a couple years ago (check www.alexa.com to see that) but the business partners had some disputes and went separate ways. It went down for a while and is now back up to demonstrate the database. It was appraised at $7250 by FastDomainSales shortly after it relaunched (~8 months ago) but you can get all of these domains together for much, much less than that. Things to note on this site though is that a couple of features of the site are currently broken (comments in particular), but won't be hard to set back up. As you can see though it's more or less fully functional.

FlightDude.com - This site taps in to the AmazingHideaways flight system but has a different design. It also allows other types of travel reservations such as hotels, despite the airlines-centric title.

HulkSeek.com - Hulk Seek was at one time (2 1/2 years ago) a pay per click metasearch engine with a lot of trimming. Unfortunately it used licensed scripts which had some security wholes. The site got crashed several times and we abandoned it. I am assured that these security holes have been closed by the scripts manufacturer. The scripts are all still licensed and will be sold with the site. This is includes the following scripts from www.done-right.com: BidSearch Engine ($499 value), Affiliate Program($199 value), Search Engine Ranker ($99 value), Site Submitter ($99 value), Site Promoter $99 value). As you can see from the licenses alone this is a $900 value, and you get these all when you purhcase these domains. These scripts are currently not working on the site, but you will have the licenses and they can be set up easily. HulkSeek is also set up search in to AmazingHideaways location databases, as well as their licensed weather software (HamWeather).

ImprovementGuides.com - This is a fully functional home improvement guides search engine. It allows you to sort your searches by category and more. The engine also has it set up to allow for targeted advertising. This was the last of these projects that I started. Unfortunately after about a month of development time I decided to pack it up and move to Thailand so it's being sold. It has been generating traffic since January, and serves as a good groundwork for anyone hoping to get in to the home improvement market. It supports local articles, as well as those from third parties already, and allows you to place local articles before third party ones (basically to give your own articles top ranking in searches). Immediatley after this site went online Valuations4U appraised it at $2000 with a market potential of $10,500. You can get it for much, much less.

These sales were pointing to sales of affiliate sites. So people come to hte site see good deals and buy them. We get a cut. It went down with HulkSeek, but the domain has some value. Valuations4U appraised it at $6000, with a potential market value of $12,500. FastDomainSales appraised it at $4300. You can get all of these domains together for less than that.
