TM Issues ?

We all know that we walk a fine line when / if we register domains that potentially have TM issues. I don't think a day goes by without a domain coming up for appraisal that gets "$0.00 - TM issues" in the Appraisal Forum, which most ‘sensible’ domainers understand & accept. However, my question is has anyone ever successfully sold a domain with TM issues for a reasonable sum? If so how did you sell it - Private, NP, Ebay, Sedo, etc. and was it sold to the business / person that held the TM or to another entity?

Just curious, I am not trying to encourage people to register domains with TM's. Anybody who does take the risk should realise they could end up in court and the domain taken from them.

One thing that many people do not understand IMO, is that there are many dormant TM's. I see nothing wrong with regging a TM domain, because 90% the TM holders don't care.
If they do come after you, then you just hand the domain over (so the worst is, that you will lose $10)
I have registered many TM domains in the past, and only one of thm turned out to be bad. That domain was Bidville.co.uk ;-)
