Lightbulb GoDaddy resellers accepting PayPal without credit card

Dear,

It's my first time visit here.

GoDaddy's selling system doesn't accept PayPal accounts that aren't backed up by a credit card. They call my account "unverified", although my balance is high enough to buy them. I'm looking for GoDaddy resellers (WildWestDomains) that accept my PayPal account.

It would be very easy: a reseller could just mail me an invoice; or I could send them a payment by email. Unfortunately, GoDaddy doesn't accept this simple way of paying, used by virtually every individual selling something on e.g. eBay.

Can someone help me? Resellers: please PM me if you would like to give me a chance :-)

Thank you very much.

Tha's funny. This thread used to have 4 replies. Someone erased them all.

Jannik. It is the way it is because the sellers must protect themselves against fraud. You can always buy from a registrar that accepts PayPal regardless of verification or confirmation of Paypal accounts.

I think RegisterFly.com might be happy to help you out.

Good point zquest!

Jannick, you might want to check with sellers like RegFly or any enom reseller (Or look in the "Reviews" forum here, 4 spaces below this one) to find a registrar that accepts non-verified paypal accounts.
Best of luck!

That's all fine, but there is a small problem :-)
I want to order domains and domain backorders.

After doing some research, I would like to try GoDaddy's backorder service (because it is cheap, just to compare).

Would there be a solution? Maybe there is a GoDaddy reseller that accepts to send me an invoice, or that allows me to send virtual PayPal "money" by email... Anyone?

Just a quick note, because I have nothing further to contribute to the WWD reseller idea, but GoDaddy's backordering service is widely regarded to be 'worthless' and is not useful for grabbing any name that anybody else would want anyway. You'd be better served using snapnames, pool, etc.

But if you have your heart set on GoDaddy, best of luck finding a reseller
