DNForum - a forum where you have to buy a membership
Greatdomains - very very picky
ebay - tends to have lots of noise and few good values.

NamePros is Great to sell domains

I think sitepoint.com is great for selling websites. Though i wont go anywhere else for domains but namepros

I think NamePros has a tendency to appraise at alot lower than other forums >.> but it is an awsome place to buy and sell names ^_^

Pool.com's Domain Marketplace - but it better be a good one, since the fees are high and you MUST transfer the name to namescout.

Registerfly's Domain MarketPlace (oddly enough, the same name). However, last I checked it only works for domains registered with registerfly.com.

Afternic Bazaar - only visible at afternic to registered sellers. Wholesale reverse auction of domains less than $400.

I prefer buying there and selling elsewhere, to selling there, IMHO.
But a few members like to sell through bazaar, and seem to have had decent success.
My best success has been at Sedo, although in all fairness to Afternic, it's been awhile since I have parked there and the quality of ny names are better now than they were back then. I like the Fabulous interface and had better ppc/monetization results there, but also recieved more bogus offers than legit, and didn't have the sales volume that I am achieving at Sedo.

My highest sales have come by way of direct inquiries as a result of whois searches performed by buyers or of proactive marketing on my part.

I don't have much experience with sedo! because the range of domains is so high, its hard to attract users on your domain unless they are in premium listed section...

I had more success on forums till now. Though i agree, my biggest sell was on sedo, the only domain i sold there.

I like buying domains from forums and sell after i dev them

At Bazaar? There are no end users. strictly wholesaler to wholesaler. You have to be registered as a seller to buy or sell there. Although it only costs $10 to become a seller.

Hehe! Hi Bill, I can tell you're from the "other" coast. Craigslist is one of the great word of mouth successes on the net, and got started almost a decade ago up in the SF Bay area.
