if someone makes an offer to your domain listed at sedo does it notify you via email or do you have to check it on the site?

You should receive an email notification at the address you have on record with Sedo. I've heard complaints that they're not always received though. Probably due to SPAM filters.

They just send offer via email. Use an email where you do not have a strict junk mail filter or it may be rejected
