Will a Developed .com increase or lower the value on other tlds?

Hello,

Will a well developed .com increase the value of lower .tlds like .net,.org,.info?
(you own LLA.net and LLA.com is owned by a fortune500 company)

Or a parked .com will likely give better value to lower tlds?
(you own LLB.net, but LLB.com is being hold by some domain investor)

lower it, unless the company wants it,
and there is no TM before the .net was regged(might be one udrp away from losing it in such case!)
developing the .net is adding free traffic to the .com

Considering most .com's are parked, that I have an alternate for - I'd say it "should" make them more desirable.

Don't know about other tlds, but having a well developed .com is sometimes better for a cctld (.in for example).

3 letters are difficult to tm and more brandable/memorable,
exception rule should apply!
int.net better then int.com? maybe

Always need to consider the effort of not just developing the site but maintaining it as well. Sometimes a parked domain is preferable to a developed domain that has been hacked or flagged as a duplicate content hog by google, imo.
